Baby Dedication

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Jesus invites us to bring the children before Him in our journey of committing to raise them in His ways (Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Ephesians 6:4, Psalm 127:3-5). This is what we are essentially doing when we dedicate our children to the Lord. It is committing the child to the Lord and His work, while also calling the parents to this high and holy calling with the support of the church family.
